Working Principle:

The motor drives the grinding disc via a reducer. Material enters the disc center while hot air is fed in simultaneously. Centrifugal force moves material outward, where it is crushed by rollers on the annular groove. Pulverized material reaches the disc edge and is lifted by high-speed airflow from the air ring; coarse particles fall back for regrinding. Airborne powder passes through a dynamic-static classifier, where the rotor separates coarse powder for regrinding and fines are discharged with airflow for collection. Moist raw material is dried during hot-air contact, achieving the required moisture content.
