Working Principle

The motor rotates the grinding table via a reducer. Raw material enters at the center while hot air flows in from the intake. Centrifugal force moves material to the table edge, where it is crushed by rollers in annular grooves.

Crushed material is carried upward by airflow; coarse particles fall back for regrinding. Fine powder passes through a classifier—oversized particles return, while qualified powder exits with airflow and is collected as product.

Moisture is removed through contact with hot gas during conveying, ensuring final powder meets required moisture levels.
