Working Principle of Vertical Mill
1. The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate via the reducer. Meanwhile, material falls from the feeding port to the center of the rotating grinding disc, and hot air enters the grinding chamber through the air inlet.
2. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc. When it passes through the circular groove on the disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller.
3. The crushed material is picked up by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc. Large particles directly fall back onto the disc for re-grinding.
4. The material carried by the airflow then passes through the dynamic-static separator. Under the action of the rotating rotor, coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc for re-grinding, while qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow.
5. The qualified fine powder is collected by the collecting device and becomes the final product.
6. For materials containing moisture, they are dried during contact with the hot air, ensuring the final product meets the required moisture content.
