How It Works:
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate via a reducer. Raw materials fall onto the center of the grinding disc through the feed inlet, while hot air enters the mill from the air intake.
Under centrifugal force, materials move toward the edge of the grinding disc. As they pass through the annular grooves on the disc, they are crushed and pulverized by the grinding rollers.
The pulverized materials are lifted up by high-speed airflow at the air ring around the edge of the grinding disc. Coarse particles fall back onto the disc for re-grinding.
Materials carried by the airflow pass through the dynamic classifier. Driven by rotating rotors, coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc for secondary pulverization, while qualified fine powder is carried out of the mill by the airflow and collected by the powder collecting device as finished products.
Moist materials are dried during contact with hot gas to reach the required moisture content of the finished products.
