4. Pozzolana vertical mill Working Principle:
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer. Material falls from the feed inlet onto the center of the grinding disc, while hot air enters the mill through the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves toward the edge of the grinding disc. When passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc, it is subjected to intense pressure from the grinding rollers and is thereby pulverized. After pulverization, the material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the air ring near the edge of the disc. Coarse particles are directly thrown back onto the grinding disc for further grinding. The material entrained in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static classifier, where, under the action of the rotating rotor, coarse particles are returned to the grinding disc for re-grinding, while qualified fine particles are carried out with the airflow and collected in the dust collection device as the final product. During the process, the moisture-containing material is dried through contact with the hot gas, achieving the required product moisture content.
