Based on actualProduct Overview
The pneumatic conveying ejector works on Venturi principle for positive dilute-phase conveying. No moving parts, no wear/jam/air leakage like rotary valves. For closed conveying of cement, fly ash, limestone powder, coal powder, alumina powder and more. Applied in building materials, power, chemical, metallurgy and grain sectors.

Working Principle
1. Feeding: Material flows into the ejector chamber via manual screw gate, top hopper and pneumatic butterfly valve.
2. Jet Induction: High-speed compressed air from the nozzle forms negative pressure between nozzle and Venturi tube, entraining material into the mixing zone.
3. Mixing & Conveying: Air-material mixture decelerates and pressurizes in the diffuser. Kinetic energy converts to static pressure for pipeline delivery to the end point.
4. Adjustment: Relative positioning of air duct and nozzle tunes ejection efficiency and throughput for different operating conditions.

Product Advantages
No Moving Parts, Maintenance-free Design
Without rotary valves, bearings or sealing parts in the main flow path, the ejector avoids component wear. It cuts frequent maintenance and replacement costs caused by abrasive powders, and is ideal for fine, abrasive and high-temperature materials.
Fully Sealed Conveying, Zero Dust Leakage
Built with a fully enclosed structure. When connected to a dust collection system, it creates a dust-free working environment and eliminates material backflow, dust emission and leakage common to rotary valves.
Compact Structure, Lower System Cost
Integrated design with standard flange connections for easy installation. Compared with traditional tank pump or rotary valve systems, it greatly reduces capital investment and operating energy consumption.
Reliable Operation & Wide Adaptability
Combining pneumatic pressure differential principle and fluidization technology, it delivers stable continuous conveying. It supports positive-pressure dilute-phase transport with conveying distance of 3–400 m, lifting height of 5–45 m and working pressure of 40–100 kPa.
Flexible Material & Customization Options
Available in carbon steel (Q235B) and 304 / 316L stainless steel. The nozzle, diffuser and inlet dimensions can be customized according to material properties.
