Industrial Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Vessel Pump

Our HCPCD chamber pump is the core conveying equipment for positive pressure liquid-phase pneumatic conveying. It uses compressed gas of 0.5-0.7MPa as the conveying power source, and the solid gas ratio during conveying can reach 25-50kgkg. The maximum distance for a single conveying can reach 1500 meters. The conveying scheme of the pressure tank pump adopts a high-pressure and low-speed operation mode, which can minimize material crushing, reduce pipeline wear, and significantly reduce energy consumption.

Bin Pump Pneumatic Conveying

Working Principle

This system runs on intermittent batch‑mode operation with four sequential steps:

Filling

Inlet and vent valves open; material gravity‑feeds into the vessel. Filling stops automatically upon level sensor trigger or preset time‑out.

Pressurization

Inlet and vent valves close. High‑pressure compressed air fills the vessel to build conveying pressure.

Conveying

The discharge valve opens. Materials travel through the pipeline via dense‑phase slug flow to the receiving silo.

Purging

Falling pressure signals an empty vessel. Air supply shuts off; residual air purges the pipeline to avoid blockages.
