PJP type positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump 

Working Principle

Material enters the jet pump body through the inlet. When compressed air is ejected at high velocity through the nozzle, the resulting high-speed airflow creates a negative pressure (vacuum) inside the pump chamber. The material within the chamber is then easily entrained and mixed with the high-velocity air stream. As the mixture passes through the diffuser (expansion tube), the kinetic energy of the high-speed airflow is gradually converted into static pressure, which pushes the powder or granular material through the conveying pipeline to the final destination.
